Licensing Policy
This policy explains how customers may use SceneWorks motion graphics and video templates after purchase. Product-specific terms or a written custom agreement may grant different rights.

Licence grant
Once the order is paid and the files are delivered, SceneWorks grants the named customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased templates in finished work for the buyer’s own channels or one client project, subject to the product page and these terms. The purchase is a licence to use the files, not a transfer of copyright or ownership.
Permitted production use
You may adapt the files and incorporate them into a finished video for your own work or one client project, then publish that finished work on ordinary online channels where the editable source files cannot be extracted as reusable assets. Contact us before broadcast distribution, paid advertising, template-on-demand services or other extended uses unless the product page expressly permits them.
Source-file restrictions
Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload to an asset library, or offer the original or modified source files as a stock product, template or competing pack. Do not remove ownership notices or claim authorship of the underlying SceneWorks assets.
Seats, teams and clients
The standard licence covers the purchasing creator or production seat. If a team, studio, client handoff or shared asset library needs independent access to source files, contact us before purchase for the appropriate licence. A finished production delivered to a client may contain the assets as part of that production; it does not grant the client a separate right to reuse the source files.
Custom work and third-party materials
A written scope for personalised work may specify ownership, permitted uses, exclusivity or third-party materials. Those written terms take precedence for the relevant deliverables. You are responsible for rights in source material you supply to us and for complying with third-party software or platform terms.
Refunds and breaches
A full refund ends the associated licence as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may ask you to stop use that materially breaches this licence and may suspend access where reasonably necessary. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
